Interesting issues that Alabama is going through at this point in time. I have just a few questions about some of the points you mentioned. The first question is, in what ways is the State of Alabama attempting to improve the telemedicine strategy? What company are they going with? What system are they trying to roll out? I know that some of these issues have a lot of impact on the community and as such the state can’t effectively role out a new system without first having a good in place for the public which is cost-effective and protected. From that 40% of the population that is unable to seek healthcare services, what percentage of that 40% is a minority? With one of my previous assignments, we had to go over different stake holder groups and while researching for the topic, I noticed that most of the uninsured come from a minority population that depends on the geographical area of the country. It is always good to notice the relationships between the two especially when it comes to trying to effectively tackle these issues. And finally, on top of the Medicaid program, is there any system you personally as a healthcare advocate would try to lean towards for the patient population in Alabama?
