Barclay’s (1981) research is an example of the use of social learning theory to explain learning new information and the behaviors that result. Your written response to this article must first reflect an understanding of the theory’s set of ideas to explain learned behavior. To apply what you have learned, you will use social learning theory to explain the narrative you wrote in your journal regarding your race and ethnicity. Finally, comment on your findings with assertions about the theory’s general set of principles to account for the specific behavior you described in your journal. Your paper’s conclusion must describe your beliefs about the theory. Does it account for your beliefs, values, attitudes and behaviors? Do the results of your analysis surprise you?

Assignment requires writing an essay for GOVT 280 Undergraduate Torts in APA and need to cite a court case found online. The document from the case can be found here: https://openjurist.org/879/f2d/1427/figueroa-v-evangelical-covenant-church. I am unsure how to properly cite this and need to use a quote from the case. Please advise. I have consulted the Sixth Edition Publication Manual for APA and have not found a conclusive answer.

Hi there, attached below is a bonus hw for my Intro Patent Law class. These should be fairly easy and straightforward questions with most of them being true false questions. It shouldn’t take more than 15 mins to do. I would really appreciate it if you could provide me with solutions(some brief explanations are even better). If you can get all of them correct (I should be able to check them immediately), I will definitely add a generous bonus to show my gratitude. The sooner the better.

***MUST HAVE REFERENCES AS WELL AS INTEXT CITATIONS***

According to Kramer, Guillory, and Hancock (2014), they were able to demonstrate that emotional states can be transferred to others through emotional contagion, leading people to experience the same emotions without their awareness. They claim that they provided experimental evidence that emotional contagion occurs without direct interaction between people (exposure to a friend expressing an emotion is sufficient), and in the complete absence of nonverbal cues. The authors emphasize the significance of their study based on the fact that data from 689,003 subjects was analyzed.

This study has not been without controversy. Most of the controversy surrounds the issue of informed consent. Nicholas Christakis, a sociologist at Yale University who has done studies using Facebook data, saw nothing wrong with the study (Albergotti & Dwoskin, 2014). He stated that “Marketing as a whole is designed to manipulate emotions. Businesses around the U.S. are doing A/B trials every day involving all of us” (Albergotti & Dwoskin, 2014). Clearly, the author, researchers, and ethicists had different views.

For this task, complete the following:

1. Summarize in your own words, the methodology of the Kramer et al. (2014) study, including how the researchers obtained consent.

2. Then, summarize the arguments of those who believe that informed consent guidelines were followed and those who don’t.

3. Finally, reflect upon the study and discuss your own opinion related to whether the Kramer study followed the expected informed consent guidelines.
