More and more states (and Canada) have approved the medical and/or recreational use of marijuana, yet marijuana is considered to be an illegal drug under federal law. Should marijuana be legalized as is alcohol or should it be more regulated?

I have to comment on my classmates discussion board question this is what they wrote:

I personally feel Marijuana usage for medical purposes should be allowed. I am not a fan of recreational use. I feel if marijuana is legalized for recreational uses will increase impaired driving for one. I also feel that marijuana can influence a person to try a more effective or stronger drug. My brother was addicted to meth, and he would be the first to tell you, it all started with smoking marijuana. My views and opinions are mainly one sided. My dad is a alcoholic, and that had a negative effect growing up, which affects our relationship today. The axial skeleton is composed of 80 bones. It is made up of the cranial bones as well as the bones of the thoracic cavity and the vertebral cavity. There are many disorders that affect the axial skeletal system including abnormal curvatures of the vertebral column, spina bifida, cranial malformations, etc.

This week you will research the bones that comprise the axial skeleton and conduct additional research on one disorder that affects this system. Please do not consider osteoporosis or Paget’s disease as those will be addressed in Seminar. Once your research is complete, answer the following:
